As many of you know PlayStation Move is not simply a wireless controller – it’s an ecosystem. The game play is primarily focused on the Move motion controller – color changing sphere, vibration feedback and simple to use button interface. The motion controller is also fitted with a three-axis gyroscope, three-axis accelerometer and terrestrial magnetic field sensor. All the while the Move Eye camera detects the position of the controller in 3D space — producing a very tight game play. I experienced some minor calibration issues but I will caulk it up to user error.
We played a number of games but the most exciting was Sports Champions. The game consists of – Golf, Gladiator Duel, Beach Volleyball, Archery, Table Tennis and Bocce. Gladiator Duel was one of our favorite games and we worked up a sweat with Table Tennis.
